Something in the works.

and it actually has perfect colors for today! i started working on it last week, and i have finished a few more blocks since i took this picture. im following a quilting pattern from a magazine i unpacked-im pretty excited to see how it comes out. :)

happy fourth to all of my fellow americans, enjoy your day and take time to think about who you owe for your freedom. if there happen to be any service men or women-or family of them reading this: i thank you from the bottom of my heart for your selflessness and sacrifices. you have made our country proud and we all look up to you. thank you for everything you have done for us and given to us! xo-kendall

a peek

here is what i have done so far on the ipod cozie project.

i have somewhat combined two of the Sometimes Crafter's Tutorials.

I modified this tutorial's size to fit an iPod touch/iPhone.

And this tutorial was my example for the quilting pattern.

i love how it looks so far, hopefully i wont mess up anymore!

last time i worked on it, i was so eager to finish it-i had to rip it up three times because i kept forgetting steps. ;)

i think it should be finished this weekend...
